Getting Started
We built Service Relay with simplicity in mind. You can get started in minutes with just a phone number and a few minutes of time to configure your business details.
To get started, follow these steps:
- Create your account and sign in to your dashboard.
- Fill out your Business Profile with FAQs and business details.
- Create an assistant to handle incoming calls.
- Connect or purchase a phone number and assign an assistant.
- Configure call flow transfer targets and escalation rules.
- Place a test call and review results in Call Logs.
