Getting Started

We built Service Relay with simplicity in mind. You can get started in minutes with just a phone number and a few minutes of time to configure your business details.

To get started, follow these steps:

  1. Create your account and sign in to your dashboard.
  2. Fill out your Business Profile with FAQs and business details.
  3. Create an assistant to handle incoming calls.
  4. Connect or purchase a phone number and assign an assistant.
  5. Configure call flow transfer targets and escalation rules.
  6. Place a test call and review results in Call Logs.
