Do I need a phone number to start?
No. New accounts get a free phone number and can start answering calls immediately. The simplest way to get started is to forward your existing business phone number to the Service Relay phone number rather than having it go to voicemail.
Can I have multiple phone numbers?
Yes. You can add multiple phone numbers to your account and assign different assistants to each number. This is useful if you have multiple locations or different services.

Yes. You can create multiple assistants to handle different types of calls or different locations. This is useful if you have multiple services or different types of customers.
Can I customize what the assistant says?
Yes. Use Business Profile and Assistant settings to control content and behavior. Some responses are pre-configured, but most of the conversation is driven by the assistant's training on your business.
Where do I review missed opportunities?
Use Call Logs and Lead Inbox in the dashboard for day-to-day operations. Call Logs show you the transcript of the call, the assistant's response, and the outcome of the call. Lead Inbox shows you the details of the lead, including the name, phone number, and service details.
